Our business was started 43 years ago with a hole being poked in the freezer of our manual defrost refrigerator. Unfortunately, it could not be fixed, and we also could not afford a new one. In 1979, there weren't many places to buy a used one. Through trial and error, we have become the business we are today.
We are family owned and operated. We have three sons that grew up in the business from babies. Our oldest left us to serve in the Navy. Our younger two are part of the team and our company's future. We are proud parents.
The price for our service technician to come to your home to diagnose any issues you may be having with your appliance is $45. Once determining the problem, the technician will give you a quote to complete the repair. The repair quote will include parts and labor. If you choose to proceed with repairing the appliance your $45 will be applied to the completion of the repair. Essentially, there is no service call charged when completing the repair, only parts and labor. Should you find the machine is not worth the price to repair, only the $45 in-home diagnosis fee is charged. If our customers find they would rather purchase another machine from our showroom after having their problem diagnosed, we will give them credit for half of their service call towards their new purchase.
